A. 
The use of Kessler Road by commercial vehicles weighing in excess of three tons is hereby excluded, except for local delivery.
B. 
For the purpose of this article, "local delivery" shall be defined as being delivery to those properties located along Kessler Road, access to which properties can be gained solely through the use of Kessler Road.
C. 
The Town shall install the necessary signs to post this weight exclusion at the Junction of U.S. Route 9, Albany Post Road, and at the access points to the Hyde Park Mall, which are located along Kessler Road, and no deliveries shall be made to the Hyde Park Mall over three tons' gross weight.

The Highway Superintendent of the Town of Hyde Park is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to promulgate such rules and regulations as he deems appropriate to establish a system to regulate trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors, tractor-trailer combinations and tractor-trailer, semitrailer combinations from highways, and to exclude vehicles from Town roads based upon weight limitations, length, height of, width limitations, and set limits on hours of operation of vehicles, all pursuant to the provisions of Article 41 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law. He shall further have the authority to establish penalties for the offenses so enumerated in his rules or regulations.

The use of West Dorsey Lane by commercial vehicles weighing in excess of five tons is hereby excluded except for local deliveries, emergencies and utilization by residents of West Dorsey Lane who in fact own or operate such a vehicle.
B. 
For the purpose of this article, "local delivery" shall be defined as being deliveries or services to those properties located along West Dorsey Lane, access to which properties can be gained solely through the use of West Dorsey Lane.
C. 
The Town shall install the necessary signs to post this weight exclusion at the junction of U.S. Route 9 and West Dorsey Lane, and at the junction of U.S. Route 9-G and West Dorsey Lane, and Yates Boulevard and Dorsey Lane, and that the Highway Superintendent does join in the establishment of this weight limitation.

B. 
For the purpose of this article, "local delivery" shall be defined as being delivery to those properties located along Creek Road between U.S. Route 9G (Violet Avenue) and East Dorsey Lane, access to which properties can be gained solely through the use of Creek Road.
C. 
The Town shall install the necessary signs to post this weight exclusion at the junction of Creek Road between U.S. Route 9G (Violet Avenue), Route 9G (Violet Avenue) and the Creek Road Extension, and East Dorsey Lane and Creek Road at the four-way intersection.
