All plumbers and electricians working within the corporate limits of the city shall register with the city on an annual basis providing a copy of their license.

At the time of final approval of any given plat, the deposit will be adjusted up or down based on actual cost of review(s) by the city consultants. An invoice for costs over $2,500.00 will be provided to the applicant or a refund to the extent actual costs are less than $2,500.00.

(a) 
Permit to erect, alter or repair sign.
(1) 
The fee for a permit to erect, alter, replace or relocate a sign shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each sign unless otherwise stated in article 4.06.
(2) 
The fees for a permit to repair shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
(3) 
When a sign is erected, placed or maintained, or work started thereon, before obtaining a sign permit, there shall be a late fee equal to twice the amount of the sign permit fee.
(b) 
Permit for temporary banner sign.
The permit fee for a temporary banner sign is fifteen dollars ($15.00).
(c) 
Recovery of impounded sign.
Impoundment fees are as follows:
(1) 
A fee of five dollars ($5.00) for signs which are twelve (12) square feet or less in area.
(2) 
A fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for signs which are larger than twelve (12) square feet in area.

Variances.
An administrative fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be charged to all applicants requesting a variance.

Qualified third-party professionals may perform plan review and inspections for home backup power installations up to 600 volts for one- and two-family dwellings.
(b) 
Qualified third-party professionals include: master electrician; electrical inspector certified by the Independent Alliance of the Electrical Industry (IAEI) or International Code Council (ICC); and Texas-licensed professional engineer.
(c) 
A residential backup power permit application must include:
(1) 
Third-party declaration forms;
(2) 
Third-party report documentation;
(3) 
Trade voucher; and
(4) 
Third-party inspector administrative fee of $150.00.
