(a)
The
city hereby offers a reward of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00)
for the arrest and conviction of any person or persons found guilty
of committing the crime of arson within the corporate limits of the
city. This reward is a standing offer, and shall be paid out of the
general fund of the city.
(b)
The
city council shall be the sole and exclusive judge in determining
eligibility for this reward and the decision of the city council shall
be final.
