City of Stanton, TX ARTICLE 12.03 RATES AND CHARGES

§ 12.03.001 Water rates.

Water rates shall be as established by the city.

§ 12.03.002 Sewer rates.

Sewer rates shall be as established by the city.

§ 12.03.003 Sanitation rates inside city.

Sanitation rates inside the city shall be as established by the city.

§ 12.03.004 Sanitation rates outside of city.

Sanitation rates outside the city shall be as established by the city.

§ 12.03.005 Water and sewer tap fees.

Water and sewer tap fees shall be as established by the city.

§ 12.03.006 Miscellaneous utility charges.

The following charges shall be in the amount established by the city:

(1) Late charge/water and sewer.

(2) Reconnect fees.

(3) After-hours service calls.

(4) Deposits (in city).

(5) Deposits (out of city).

(6) Commercial deposits (in city).

(7) Commercial deposits (out of city).
