1. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to do the following on property owned or leased by the Borough of Myerstown:
A. 
Park or leave any vehicle unattended without the permission of the Borough Council or the Mayor of the Borough of Myerstown or their duly authorized employees or representatives.
B. 
Repair, do maintenance work, or wash, clean, or improve any vehicles.
C. 
Enter upon or stay upon property owned or leased by the Borough of Myerstown without the permission of the Council of the Borough of Myerstown or the Mayor of the Borough of Myerstown, or their duly authorized employees or representatives.
D. 
Remain upon any property owned or leased by the Borough of Myerstown after being told to leave said property by a Council member of the Borough of Myerstown or the Mayor of the Borough of Myerstown or any duly authorized employees or representatives of the Mayor or Council.
E. 
Enter upon or stay upon property owned or leased by the Borough of Myerstown without the permission of the Council of the Borough of Myerstown or the Mayor of the Borough of Myerstown, or their duly authorized employee or representative after the hour of 9:00 p.m. and before the hour of 6:00 a.m., prevailing time.
F. 
Remain upon any property owned or leased by the Borough of Myerstown after being told to leave said premises by a Council member of the Borough of Myerstown or the Mayor of the Borough of Myerstown or any duly authorized employee or representative of the Mayor or Council after the hour of 9:00 p.m. and before the hour of 6:00 a.m., prevailing time.
G. 
Throw, place, drop, deposit, or cause any waste paper, sweepings, ashes, household waste, glass, metal, refuse, rubbish, or any dangerous or detrimental substance into or upon any property owned by or leased by the Borough of Myerstown.
H. 
Interfere with, scatter, or disturb the contents of any receptacle containing ashes, garbage, household waste, or rubbish.

All property owned or leased by the Borough of Myerstown shall be closed to any person or persons, for use by or passage over or upon such owned or leased property after the hour of 9:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m., prevailing time, unless such person, or persons, has, or have, the permission of the Council of the Borough of Myerstown or the Mayor of the Borough of Myerstown, or their duly authorized employees and representatives.

This Part shall pertain to and govern all property owned or leased by the Borough, including, but not limited to, public parks and recreation places, except that Part 2B shall govern the closing hours for parks and recreation places, and shall contain additional provisions and regulations applicable only to parks and recreation places and not to other Borough-owned or Borough-leased property.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each Section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

1. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the following acts in or on any park or recreation place now or in the future operated and/or maintained by the Borough of Myerstown:
A. 
Enter, or be in or upon, a park or recreation place at any time between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day. Provided; the Mayor or Borough Council, upon application by any person or persons for the use of any park or recreation place after hour of 11:00 p.m., for such proper purposes as will not interfere with the peace and quiet of the Borough, may grant special permission in writing to use that park or recreation place on such specific occasions as the Mayor or the Council may deem proper, and in such cases, such use shall not be considered in violation of this Section.
B. 
Operate or park any motor vehicle on the grass.
C. 
Park any vehicle in other than the areas designated or designed for parking.
D. 
Ride or use any bicycle.
E. 
Drive or use any snowmobile.
F. 
Gamble.
G. 
Hit standard golf balls or practice with any standard golf ball.
H. 
Ride upon or bring a horse into any park or recreation place.
I. 
Bring into or have any dog in any park or recreation place.
J. 
Have or bring any glass bottle in or into any park or recreation place.
K. 
Litter, or discard or abandon anything in or on any park or recreation place.
L. 
Bring or take into any park or recreation place any alcoholic beverage, which shall include malt, brewed and vinous beverages and any intoxicating liquor whatsoever.
