A.
Stormwater management plan review fee may be established by resolution of the municipality to defray review costs incurred by the municipality and the Municipal Engineer. All fees shall be paid by the developer or owner.
B.
The review fee may be based on the size of the regulated activity and hourly charges for administration, review, and inspection by the Municipal Engineer or their designee.
C.
No additional application fee shall be required for stormwater management plans submitted as part of a subdivision or land development plan.
D.
The following municipal expenses may be included in the review fee. Overhead expenses for municipal employees shall be established in the Municipal Fee Schedule:
(1)
Administrative costs.
(2)
The review of the stormwater management plan by the municipality, the Municipal Engineer, and/or reviewing consulting engineer.
(3)
The site inspections.
(4)
The inspection of stormwater management facilities and drainage improvements during construction.
(5)
The final inspection upon completion of the stormwater management facilities and drainage improvements presented in the drainage plan.
(6)
Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure property completion of stipulated remedial actions.
