Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2113 of the Streets and
Highways Code, there is hereby created in the City Treasury a special
fund to be known as the "Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund."

All money received by the City from the State under the provisions
of the Streets and Highways Code for the acquisition of real property
or interests therein, or the construction, maintenance, or improvements
of streets or highways other than state highways, shall be paid into
said fund.

All moneys in said fund shall be expended exclusively for the
purposes authorized by, and subject to the provisions of Sections
2107, 2107.1, 2107.2, 2107.4, 2111, 2112, 2113, 2113.5, 2114, 2114.5,
2115 and 2116 of the Streets and Highways Code.
