No person shall allow, conduct, or permit on any premises within the City open to the public any of the following activities between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during any day of the week:
A. 
Dancing, whether by owners, operators, paid performers, or customers;
B. 
Live music, whether performed by professionals or customers;
C. 
Playing of billiards, pool, or bagatelle, whether or not a fee is charged or paid by anyone; or
D. 
Operation of a peep show establishment or device or arcade as defined in Chapter 5.60 of this Code.

The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all establishments, without exception, open to the public within the City.
