A. 
No person shall enter posted school grounds during school hours without first obtaining permission from the administrative office of the school or school district, except for the following persons:
1. 
Students currently enrolled at that school.
2. 
Teachers, staff members and other employees of the school district.
3. 
Service providers and vendors doing business with the school, including counselors.
4. 
Volunteers approved by the school.
5. 
Parents of students currently enrolled.
6. 
Law enforcement and other governmental employees and representatives having business at the school.
7. 
Attendees at school events that are open to the public, while those events are open and only in the area open for the event.
B. 
For purposes of this section, "school hours" shall be defined to extend from one hour before classes begin to one hour after classes end, and those hours shall be posted.
