The development standards set forth in this section are intended to provide minimum standards for the development and use of land within the commercial/office (C-1, C-2, C-3, and O-P), limited industrial (M-1), industrial park (M-P), and Open Space (O-S) zones. These general site development criteria should be used in conjunction with special requirements to understand and comply with the City standards for building and site design.
