Certain categories of uses vary in their needs for unique development requirements. For example, residential uses require on-site open space to create indoor and outdoor spaces for residents. The development standards applicable to all buildings housing residential and commercial uses in the Mixed Use zones are provided in this Section 9.18.110. Standards for existing nonconforming single-family dwellings located in the Mixed Use zones are also provided in this Section 9.18.110.
