A.
Whenever
any ordinance or resolution of the City designates any yield intersection,
the City Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain signs giving notice
thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective until such signs
are in place.
B.
Whenever
authorized yield signs are erected, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey
the directions of any such sign.
