Article 2, Sections 4-5-14 through 4-5-31 of the Orange County Code entitled "Construction and Abandonment of Water Wells," and fee schedule adopted by the County of Orange, all as amended from time to time, are adopted by reference by the City. The City may from time to time adopt by ordinance additional provisions relating to these sections that are not codified but shall be available in the City Clerk's Office. All construction and deconstruction of water wells shall also be performed in compliance with State law and administrative regulations, including, but not limited to, Bulletin 74-81 and Bulletin 74-90 published by the California Department of Water Resources.
