All payments to be made by warrant shall be signed by any 2 of the following officers: City Treasurer, Mayor, City Administrator. In addition, the City Council, by adoption of a resolution by a majority of the City Council, may designate other City employees or elected officials to sign warrants.

So long as one signature on each warrant is an original signature of a person authorized to sign warrants pursuant to Section 2.53.010 of this chapter, one signature may be a facsimile signature if so authorized by resolution of the City Council.
