interfere with the operations of the system, cause blockage and plugging
of pipelines, interfere with normal operation of pumps and their controls,
and contribute waste of a strength or form that either causes treatment
difficulties or is beyond the treatment capability of the wastewater
treatment plant; to set forth policies, procedures, and requirements
for food service establishments governing the installation, maintenance,
and use of grease traps, grease interceptors or other comparable devices
which represent the best practicable control technology for oil/grease
removal; and to establish procedures regarding implementation and
enforcement of the regulations set forth in this chapter.
