The Town Manager or designee may pursue all remedies authorized by law to collect unpaid accounts receivable and other amounts due to the Town including, but not limited to, submission of unpaid accounts receivable and other amounts due to a third-party collections agency.
For the purposes of this section, "unpaid accounts receivable" and "other amounts due" refer to any money owed and past due to the Town, including, but not limited to, for goods or services that have been delivered or used and for which payment has not been received by the time due.
