§ 2-56 Nepotism.

All officers shall be subject to State law with regard to restrictions upon nepotism in the appointment or employment of any person.

§ 2-57 Interest in Sale or Purchase.

All officers shall be subject to State law prohibiting an interest, as defined in State law, in any City contract or in sales or purchases by the City.
