Establishment of a "farmers' market" within the City is hereby authorized and same may be maintained therein with the prior approval of the City Council in any zone wherein the retail sale or barter of food and produce is otherwise authorized.

Only handcrafted items or farm and garden produce and other items approved for sale by the City-County Department of Health, made or grown in Flathead and/or Lake County, may be sold in said farmers' market. No products may be sold therein for resale.

All persons using such farmers' market shall abide by the rules and regulations as may be adopted for such markets by the City-County Department of Health. Failure of any such person to abide by such rules and regulations will be grounds for denying the violator thereof further use of such market facility.
