The Regulated Flood Hazard Areas specifically described or illustrated in the above referenced studies and maps of the 100-year floodplain have been delineated, designated and established by order or determination by the DNRC pursuant to 76-5-201 et seq., MCA.
C.
The Floodplain Administrator may obtain, review, and reasonably use any Base Flood Elevation or Floodway data available from a Federal, State, or other reliable source to administer and enforce these Regulations when such data is not available from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as may be the case with areas designated as Zone A on the FIRMs.
D.
Use allowances, design and construction requirements specifically in Articles 5, 6, 9, and 10 in these regulations vary by the specific Floodplain areas including areas identified as Floodway and Flood Fringe within the Regulated Flood Hazard Area.
