The following business license fees shall be imposed on the following classes of contractors:
A.
General Engineer Contractors. Every person engaged in the general contractor business shall be duly licensed by the state and shall pay a nonapportionable license fee in the amount of one hundred dollars per year.
B.
General Building Contractors. Every person engaged in the general building contractor business shall be duly licensed by the state and shall pay a nonapportionable license fee in the amount of one hundred dollars per year.
C.
General Electrical Contractors. Every person engaged in the specialty contractor business of general electrical contractor shall be duly licensed by the state and shall pay a nonapportionable license fee in the amount of one hundred dollars per year.
D.
Plumbing Contractors. Every person engaged in the specialty contractor business of plumbing contractor shall be duly licensed by the state and shall pay a nonapportionable license fee in the amount of one hundred dollars per year.
E.
All Other Contractors. All other specialty contractors, as said term is employed by Section 7058 of the state of California Business and Professions Code and as classified as pursuant to said sections, shall be duly licensed by the state and shall pay a nonapportionable business license fee in the amount of fifty dollars per year.
