It is unlawful for any person to advocate crime and violence as a means of achieving any goal or objective under circumstances where it appears to a reasonably prudent man that any person or persons who see, read or hear the advocacy of crime and violence will, (may or might) in fact use violence or crime in the manner advocated or in a manner similar to that which is advocated.
