No person shall tamper with, injure or break any part or portion of the sewer system of the city or any appliance owned by the city and used in connection therewith, nor shall any person deposit or discharge into the public sewers, surface drainage, storm waters or any other matter not considered domestic or industrial waste.

No person shall construct or attempt to construct any stone work, abutment, or any means to divert, alter, change or disturb the natural channel or wash, without a permit from the council to do so.
