The project shall satisfy one or more of the following traffic safety development standards:
A. A vision clearance triangle shall be provided and maintained, where the legs of the vision clearance triangle are a minimum of fifteen feet in length as measured from the edge of the driveway at the property line and from two to eight feet above the driveway height.
B. All relevant sight distances and other design requirements set forth in Chapter 400 of the California Department of Transportation's Highway Design Manual.
