In addition to the requirements for filing a tentative map as set forth in Article 5 of this chapter, the subdivider shall concurrently file an application for a conditional use permit for a subdivision of four or more condominium units on any lot or a subdivision involving more than two adjacent lots, pursuant to the provisions of Section
10-2.2506 of Article 12 of Chapter 2 of this title or pursuant to the provisions of Section
10-5.2506 of Article 12 of Chapter 5 of this title for developments in the Coastal Zone. The failure to file such application, with all data deemed necessary by the Community Development Director, shall result in a refusal to accept the tentative map for filing.
