(a)
All existing zoning amendment ordinances, including but not limited to all existing land use permits, and all existing subdivisions, shall continue to remain in effect following the enactment of the ordinance codified in this Chapter.
(b)
Existing land use regulations, including, but not limited to, those in the Special Development Plans, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and the Subdivision Ordinance, shall continue to regulate the use of land within demarcated zoning districts until such time as the ordinances may be amended to be consistent with the General Plan.
(c)
Notwithstanding adoption of the General Plan, land use permits and subdivisions shall continue to be subject only to applicable ordinances and rules and regulations in effect at the time the application is accepted for processing.
