Kaua'i County, HI Article 4 Enforcement, Legal Procedures and Penalties

§ 9A-4.1 Penalty.

The provisions of Article 5, Enforcement, Legal Procedures and Penalties, set forth in Chapter 9, the Subdivision Ordinance, shall apply to violations of this Chapter in addition to any other sanction mentioned herein.

§ 9A-4.2 Standards in Agricultural Parks; Subdivision Ordinance and Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Superseded.

The provisions of this Chapter shall supersede the provisions of Chapter 9, Subdivision Ordinance, and Chapter 8, Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, relative to standards in agricultural parks.
