Whenever by the terms of this Chapter the doing of an act is required, or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful, where no specific penalty is provided therefor, the violation of such provisions shall be punished pursuant to the guidelines defined in Section 1-7, General Penalty, of the Code of the City of Rolla.

Except as otherwise provided for in this Chapter, the Chief of Police shall be responsible for the enforcement of this Chapter. The Chief of Police may assign an employee or employees to be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this Chapter.
