The Sea Level Datum Plane of the First Order Level Net of the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey is hereby adopted as the official Datum Plane of the City.

Fees shall be paid to the City Treasurer for maps and drawings furnished by the City Engineer. The fees shall be established and periodically adjusted by Resolution of the City Council.

The City Engineer is authorized to furnish maps to cities, counties, the State of California, the Federal Government, other departments of the City and public utilities at cost.

A fee for plans and specifications for public works improvement projects will be collected from prospective bidders in the amount of the actual cost of the plans and special provisions plus ten percent. Mailing and handling fees may be charged to the prospective bidder in appropriate amounts as determined by the City Engineer. The fees provided for in this Section shall be paid to the City Treasurer.

A fee shall be charged for providing center line tie information and tract map approval services, including physical check of survey monuments, and review of underlying tracts, legal descriptions, and utility easements, to requesting parties. The amount of each fee shall be established, and from time to time amended, by resolution of the City Council.
