The Town Board of Arbor Vitae deems it necessary to regulate the use of portable storage containers within the Town of Arbor Vitae.

The Town of Arbor Vitae has the authority pursuant to §§ 60.10(2), 60.21(2) and 61.34(1), Wis. Stats., to enact this chapter.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Any container used to ship goods on a ship, railcar or flatbed truck.
Use: no allowance of said containers in the Town of Arbor Vitae.
