The following words are defined as set out herein regarding electrical distribution and consumption of electrical power and energy:
ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMReal estate, fixtures, or personal property which is used or to be used for or in connection with or to facilitate the generation, transmission, distribution, sale or furnishing of electricity for light, heat, power or related uses, and any conduits, ducts, conductors, or other devices, materials, apparatus or property designed or used for containing, holding or carrying conductors used or designed to be used for the transmission or distribution of electricity for light, heat, power or related uses. The term shall not be construed to include electrical wiring designed to carry voltage of six hundred (600) volts or less and which is a fixture of any structure, nor shall it include portable generators of such voltage.
MUNICIPAL ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMThe electrical distribution system located within the corporate limits of the City of Rolla, Missouri, which is operated and maintained by the Board of Public Works of the City of Rolla and is known as the Rolla Municipal Utilities.
PERSONAny natural person, corporation, company, firm, partnership, association, joint stock company or association, partnership or person, agency of state or local government, political subdivision, or trust, whether operated for profit or not, or their lessees, licensees, permittees, trustees, or receivers, which owns, operates, controls, or manages any "electrical distribution system," the whole or any part of which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Rolla. For purposes of this Article, person shall not include the Board of Public Works of the City of Rolla, Missouri.
STRUCTUREAn agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, or other building or mechanical installation, machinery or apparatus.
