City of Hazleton, PA Article VI Fees and Expenses

§ 424-601 General.

A. The City may include all costs incurred in the review fee charged to an applicant. The review fee may include, but not be limited to, costs for the following:

(1) Administrative/clerical processing.

(2) Review of the SWM site plan.

(3) Attendance at meetings.

(4) Inspections.

B. The inspection fee includes a single inspection of the installed system. Systems failing the initial inspection will require an additional inspection fee.

§ 424-602 Fee schedule.

A. Levels 1, 2 and 3.

(1) SWM application review: $100.

(2) SWM plan additional review fee: $50.

B. Level 4 and DIA.

(1) SWM application review: $300.

(2) SWM plan additional review fee: $150.

C. Levels 2, 3, 4 and DIA.

(1) SWM inspection fee: $100.

(2) SWM site reinspection fee: $100.
