A. 
The monthly charge for water service, due and payable monthly, to all residential customers being provided water services from the City of Wayland, Missouri, shall hereafter conform to the following rate schedule:
1. 
First two thousand (2,000) gallons (or fractional part thereof): sixteen dollars and twenty cents ($16.20) minimum.
a. 
Rural charge: nineteen dollars and forty-five cents ($19.45) minimum.
2. 
Next two thousand (2,000) gallons: eight dollars and twenty cents ($8.20) per one thousand (1,000) gallon.
a. 
Rural charge: nine dollars and eighty-five cents ($9.85) per one thousand (1,000) gallon.
3. 
All over four thousand (4,000) gallons: six dollars and fifteen cents ($6.15) per one thousand (1,000) gallon.
a. 
Rural charge: seven dollars and forty cents ($7.40) per one thousand (1,000) gallon.
