(a)
Application for business license.
An annual, nonrefundable
fee of $5,000.00 shall be charged for each business permit application.
(b)
Employee license.
Each application for an employee license
must be accompanied by a nonrefundable license fee of $300.00. The
annual license renewal fee shall be $150.00.
(c)
Renewal.
The annual business renewal fee of $2,500.00
or annual employee renewal fee of $150.00 shall be paid with each
annual license renewal application.
(d)
Appeals.
An appeals fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)
shall be made at the time of receipt of the written request to appeal
the denial, suspension, or revocation of a license.
