It is unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge any weapon
or firearm, such as a pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun, or any similar
instrument capable of inflicting bodily injury, within the City limits
of the City of Plymouth.

It is unlawful for any person to ignite, set off, discharge,
or explode any quantity whatever of gunpowder, dynamite, nitroglycerine,
gun cotton, or any other similar high explosive substance, within
the City limits of the City of Plymouth; provided however, that the
City Council of the City of Plymouth shall have and is hereby given
the authority to issue a permit for the use of high explosives for
industrial blasting, such permit or permits to be issued to persons
making proper application therefor, and under such conditions, rules
and regulations to insure the public safety, as said City Council
may require.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.
