No person shall operate, maintain and/or use any mechanical
or electronic equipment which amplifies noise, voices or music in
such a manner that the resultant noise level constitutes a private
or public nuisance to anyone living, residing or being within the
general vicinity of such amplification.

No person shall create a mechanically or electronically amplified
noise which is audible more than 50 feet from the location of such
amplification.

This chapter shall be effective only during the hours of 9:00
p.m. until 8:00 a.m. of each day.

Any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall
be deemed and will constitute an infraction.
