No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle on any street
within the City of Plymouth for a period of 72 or more consecutive
hours.

Employees of the Plymouth City Police Department may remove
those vehicles parked or left standing upon a City street for 72 or
more consecutive hours pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 22651(k).
