No person, firm or corporation shall park, or cause to be parked any vehicle upon the paved portion of any street or public way with the City of Plymouth where the paved portion of such street or public way is less than 20 feet in width.

No person, firm or corporation shall park any vehicle on the easterly or southerly paved portion of any street or public way within the City of Plymouth, wherein said street or public way has a paved portion measuring in width between 20 and 35 feet.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction. Alternatively, an administrative citation may be issued. The fine for a first offense shall not exceed $25; the fine for the second offense within a 12 month period shall not exceed $50; and the fine for third and subsequent offenses within a 12 month period shall not exceed $100.
