When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stay or park any vehicle within the following described business district between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day, except Sundays and holidays, for a period longer than two hours.

This chapter shall apply to that portion of the business district covering both sides of Main Street between Empire Street and Mill Street within the City of Plymouth.

Employees of the City of Plymouth may remove those vehicles in violation of this chapter pursuant to Section 22651(n) of the Vehicle Code.
