City of Warrenton, MO Article VII Adult-Use Marijuana Sales Tax

Section 155.180 Adult-Use Marijuana Sales Tax

Pursuant to the authority granted by Article XIV, Section 2.6(5) of the Missouri Constitution, the City of Warrenton does hereby impose an additional sales tax of three percent (3%) on the receipts from all retail sales of adult-use marijuana sold in the City of Warrenton, Missouri.
