City of La Habra, CA Chapter 4.32 REDEVELOPMENT REVOLVING FUND

§ 4.32.010 Created.

There is created and established a "redevelopment revolving fund" to be kept and maintained in the city treasury.

§ 4.32.020 Deposits and appropriations.

All appropriations from the fund and deposits to the fund will be in accordance with the provisions of state law and in accordance with the requirements of the adopted plan for the redevelopment of downtown La Habra.
