A. 
Area. Lot areas shall be such as will conform to requirements of the zoning regulations of the city.
B. 
Frontage. Lots having inadequate or no frontage upon a public street may be cause for disapproval of the subdivisions.
C. 
Width. Width of lots shall be such as will conform to standards of development as defined by any active or current official plan of the city; provided, that in all cases the minimum width of lots, measured at any point, shall be sixty feet. Lots fronting on a cul-de-sac shall have a minimum dimension of fifty feet at the building setback line. Odd-shaped lots shall be subject to individual determination by the planning commission.
D. 
Division by Political Boundaries. No parcel shall be so divided that a county, city or school district boundary line intersects any parcel resulting from the division.

The size, shape, length and width of blocks in subdivisions shall be subject to individual determination and approval by the city.
