The provisions of Title 2, Division 6, Section 18730 (Provisions of Conflict of Interest Codes) of the California Code of Regulations (Regulations of the Fair Political Practices Commission) as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended are adopted as the conflict of interest code for designated employees of the City.

The City Clerk serves as the filing officer and filing official
under the Political Reform Act and under the Regulations of the Fair
Political Practices Commission and California Code of Regulations
as may be amended from time to time.
