Ordinance No. 1027 (New Series) of the County of San Diego,
as amended to date, is adopted as the regulations for the control
of refrigeration plants within the City and is, by this reference,
incorporated in this chapter and made part hereof as though fully
set forth, except that the "City of Imperial Beach" shall be substituted
for the "County of San Diego" and the phrase "City Council" shall
be substituted for the phrase "board of supervisors" where appropriate.
