No vehicle shall make a left turn at any of the following intersections or designated places:
(1) 
Parking lot located on the west side of North Coast Highway, about one hundred feet south of Aster Street, onto North Coast Highway;
(2) 
South Coast Highway onto El Paseo;
(3) 
South Coast Highway onto Ocean Avenue;
(4) 
Parking lot located on the north side of Thalia Street, approximately twenty-five feet west of Glenneyre, onto Thalia Street;
(5) 
South Coast Highway onto Laguna Avenue.

No vehicle shall make a U-turn at or within any of the following street intersections:
(1) 
The intersection of North Coast Highway and Aster Street;
(2) 
The intersection of Coast Highway and Broadway;
(3) 
The intersection of South Coast Highway and Ocean Avenue;
(4) 
The intersection of South Coast Highway and Forest Avenue;
(5) 
The intersection of South Coast Highway and Laguna Avenue;
(6) 
The intersection of South Coast Highway and Legion Street;
(7) 
The intersection of Glenneyre Street and Forest Avenue;
(8) 
The intersection of Forest Avenue and Beach Street.
