A street plan line as referred to in this chapter shall mean a line delineating the proposed future right-of-way for a planned street and which line appears on a precise street plan adopted by the City of Laguna Beach.

The restrictions imposed by this chapter upon the use of land located upon the street side of any established street plan line shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, the front, rear and side yard restrictions and setback requirements as established by other resolutions, ordinances and Municipal Code of this city. Compliance with the restrictions imposed by this chapter shall not excuse or relieve any person or property from compliance with the restrictions of such other resolutions, ordinances and the Municipal Code.

No building, structure or other improvement other than utility lines shall hereafter be constructed or cause to be located upon the street side of the street plan lines as follows:
(1) 
Aster Street. A line 6 feet Westerly of the Westerly line of Aster Street from Coast Highway to the alley Northerly of Magnolia Drive.
(2) 
Aster Street. A line 10 feet Easterly of the Easterly line of Aster Street from Coast Highway to Cypress Drive.
(4) 
Canyon Acres Drive. A line 5 feet Northerly of the Northerly line of Canyon Acres Drive from a point 492.99 feet Easterly along the centerline of Canyon Acres Drive from the centerline of Arroyo Drive, to the Easterly end of the dedicated City right-of-way in Canyon Acres Drive.
(5) 
Canyon Acres Drive. A line 5 feet Southerly of the Southerly line of Canyon Acres Drive from the most Northerly corner of Lot 9, Tract No. 1023, to the Easterly end of the dedicated City right-of-way in Canyon Acres Drive.
(6) 
Catalina Street. A line 28 feet each side of the centerline of Catalina Street from Park Avenue to Legion Street.
(7) 
Catalina Street. A line 28 feet each side of the centerline of Catalina Street from Legion Street to Cleo Street.
(11) 
Cress Street. A line 3 feet Northerly of the Northerly line of Cress Street for its length between Brangwyn Way and Temple Terrace.
(12) 
Cress Street. A line three feet southerly of the southerly line of Cress Street for its length between Brangwyn Way and Temple Terrace.
(13) 
Cress Street. A line ten feet southerly of the southerly line of Cress Street for its length between Blue-bird Canyon Drive and the city limits.
(14) 
Cypress Drive. A line two feet northerly of the northerly line of Cypress Drive for its entire length.
(15) 
Cypress Drive. A line two feet southerly of the southerly line of Cypress Drive for its entire length.

Glenneyre Street. A line thirty-three feet easterly of the centerline of Glenneyre Street, forty feet wide, from Laguna Avenue to Legion Street. (Ord. 344).
(17) 
Glenneyre Street. A line thirty-three feet westerly of the centerline of Glenneyre Street, forty feet wide from Laguna Avenue to Legion Street. (Ord. 344).
(18) 
Glenneyre Street. A line twenty-seven feet westerly of the centerline of Glenneyre Street, forty feet wide, from Legion Street to Cleo Street.
(21) 
Killcrest Drive. A line eight feet northerly of the northerly line of Killcrest Drive for its entire length.
(22) 
Ledroit Street. A line three feet easterly of the easterly line of Ledroit Street from Coast Highway to Hillcrest Drive.
(23) 
Ledroit Street. A line three feet westerly of the westerly line of Ledroit Street from Coast Highway to Killcrest Drive.
(24) 
Park Avenue. A line five feet southerly of the south line of Park Avenue from Laguna Avenue to a point at the intersection of Park and Manzanita created by the southerly extension of the easterly side of Manzanita Drive to the south side of Park Avenue.
(25) 
Park Avenue. A line five and one-half feet northerly of the northerly line of Park Avenue from Glenneyre Street to a point six hundred forty-seven and eight-tenths feet easterly of the easterly-most point in the intersection of Park Avenue and Manzanita Drive.
(26) 
Temple Hills Drive. A line seven and one-half feet northerly of the northerly line of Temple Hills Drive from the easterly-most point of Lot 106, Tract No. 858 to the north line of Section 25.
(27) 
Temple Hills Drive. A line seven and one-half feet southerly of the southerly line of Temple Hills Drive from Cerritos Drive to the north line of Section 25.
(28) 
Temple Hills Drive. A line five feet northerly of the northerly line Temple Hills Drive from the north line of Section 25 to the southerly-most point of Lot 3, Tract 1954.
(29) 
Temple Hills Drive. A line five feet southerly of the southerly line of Temple Hills Drive from the north line of Section 25 to the westerly-most point of Lot 4, Tract 1954.
