City of Laguna Beach, CA Chapter 18.27 HAZARDOUS OR ENDANGERED AREAS

§ 18.27.001 Climbing or trespassing in hazardous or endangered areas prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to climb or trespass within the hereinafter designated hazardous or endangered areas within the corporate limits of the city.

§ 18.27.002 Designation of hazardous or endangered areas.

The hazardous or endangered areas referred to in Section 18.27.001, in which no person shall climb or trespass, are those areas designated as hazardous or endangered by the city police department, with the approval of the city manager. Once so designated, such hazardous or endangered areas shall be clearly posted as hazardous or endangered areas within which climbing or trespassing by any person is prohibited.
