The city council shall meet regularly twice a month on the first and third Thursday, at the hour of sixthirty p.m., or at such other time as the city council may from time to time hereafter fix by resolution.

Meetings of the city council shall be held in the Council Chambers, located inside Waterford City Hall, 101 E Street, Waterford, CA 95386, or such other location in the city of Waterford, duly noticed.
