Any person violating any provision of Chapters 6.01 through 6.32, Chapter 6.36, Sections 6.36.050 and 6.36.060, Chapter 6.40 and/or Chapter 6.52 is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof is punishable as set forth in Section 1.36.020; provided, however, the maximum fine shall not exceed three hundred dollars.

Every person violating any provision of this title shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day, or portion thereof, during which such violation continues.
