No person shall, while acting as a waiter, waitress or entertainer in any adult or sexually oriented business establishment, expose his or her genitals, anus or the areola of a female breast.

For purposes of this chapter, and notwithstanding any definition in Chapter 4.37 of this code, an adult or sexually oriented business establishment means any establishment that regularly features live performances that are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on the exposure of the genitals or buttocks of any person or the breasts of any female person or sexual activities that involve the exposure of the genitals or buttocks of any person or the breasts of any female person.

Violations of the provisions of this chapter or permitting a violation of this chapter to occur shall be cause for a revocation or suspension of a license issued pursuant to Chapter 4.37.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1.16 of this Code.
