Section 5701.1.1 On-demand mobile fueling is added to the California Fire Code, 2022 Edition as follows:
5701.1.1 Mobile fueling. On demand mobile fueling of Class I, II, and III liquids into the fuel tanks of vehicles is prohibited.

Section 5809.1 of the California Fire Code, 2022 Edition is amended to read as follows:
5809.1 General. Mobile fueling of gaseous and liquid hydrogen, compressed natural gas (CNG), and liquefied natural gas (LNG) into the fuel tanks of vehicles is prohibited.
